‐ Providing robust support for the cash flow challenges of small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the construction industry, through a platform that ensures compliance and rigorous screening ‐

Infcurion, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Hiroki Maruyama, hereinafter referred to as "Infcurion") announces that SORABITO, Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Kazuaki Hakata, hereinafter referred to as "SORABITO") has adopted Infcurion's invoice payment platform "Winvoice" as the service infrastructure for its new B2B payment service "Anshin Card Barai by Karimo," which will be launched for corporations and sole proprietors on December 8, 2025.

Infcurion helps address cash flow challenges by offering flexible payment methods to SORABITO's extensive customer base—mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction industry, including construction companies, contractors, craftsmen, and construction machinery rental companies.

◆ Background to Providing the "Winvoice" Platform
The traditional commercial practice of deferred payment by invoice in business-to-business transactions requires the paying company to secure cash or deposits by the payment deadline. This causes challenges for the paying company's cash flow and payment operations. B2B payment services streamline payment operations and provide flexible payment methods by advancing invoice payments and enabling card payments.

SORABITO has started offering "Anshin Card Barai by Karimo" to meet the demand from businesses that "want to make payments without borrowing even when urgent payments arise." By advancing the payment of invoices and enabling card payments, this service helps extend the effective payment period until the card's settlement date and improves operational efficiency. "Winvoice" was adopted as the foundation for building this service.

◆ Main Reasons for Selecting the "Winvoice" Platform
"Winvoice" meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including those set by international brands for providing invoice card payment services, and offers the necessary licenses, operations, and systems for service management on a one-stop basis. In particular, one of the reasons SORABITO selected the "Winvoice" platform is its reliable operational framework for auditing and monitoring suppliers and buyers—which is of particular concern to relevant government agencies and international brands.

By utilizing the "Winvoice" platform, SORABITO has made it possible to offer value-added invoice card payments to its customers quickly and at a low cost.

◆ Overview of "Anshin Card Barai by Karimo"
"Anshin Card Barai by Karimo" allows users to complete procedures easily through a fully online process and strongly supports cash flow for corporations and sole proprietors with the following features.

1. Speed and Flexibility
Funds can be advanced and transferred (advance payment) as early as the same day after registration. This allows users to handle end-of-month payments and unexpected cash needs, effectively extending the payment deadline until the card's settlement date, enabling a payment extension of up to 60 days.

2. Name Shown to the Recipient
Payments are made under the name of the company using the service (remitter's name). This allows the company using the service (buyer) to make payments as usual without the supplier being aware that this service is being used.

3. Wide Range of Use Cases
The service can also be used for public payments such as social and labor insurance and may be used as many times as needed, as long as usage remains within the card's credit limit.

◆ Future Prospects
Infcurion supports the sound business operations of small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly in the construction industry, by providing the "Winvoice" platform to SORABITO, thereby contributing to the revitalization of economic activity in Japan.

In addition to the currently offered card payment function, "Winvoice" plans to develop features to expand payment methods, such as bank transfers (agency payment services) and corporate postpaid payments (corporate BNPL). Through these enhancements, "Winvoice" will promote the implementation of optimal payment and financial functions as a fintech partner across all industries and services.
